Performance
We all like to see how we are improving. One of the best ways to do this is to use the Training Peaks software and upload all of your workouts. This allows you to track progress and schedule and us to schedule and plan your training sessions. You will need to subscribe for the premium package to get all of the data screens below but it is well worth it.
Below are some sample screens that we can use to track your progress towards your race goal. The key chart is the Performance Management Chart (PMC) which shows your overall level of fitness and most importantly your fatigue levels.
